continuing care retirement community, accredited by the
Continuing Care Accreditation Commission, and composed of
240 residential apartments and cottages, 45 assisted living
units and 60 nursing beds on 27 beautifully landscaped acres

Successful candidate must have Colorado NHA
license and a minimum of
3-5 years of supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing
setting. RN/LPN and Continuing Care experience is desirable.
